Better Thinking for
Strangely, we have improved many of the processes used by our organizations to produce goods and services, but we have in most cases not improved the thinking of the people who produce those products. And it can be done. Each of us has preferred ways of thinking. For most of us, this means one or two of the four possible modes, which means we tend to exclude other modes that could greatly improve our mental performance. By understanding these four modes and your own preferences, you can then deliberately move into your least-preferred modes to improve your thinking performance. We call this the Technology of Thinking™. By employing our Technology of Thinking, you can improve the performance of individuals, teams, and senior executives.
